
Aisha Bowe is an aerospace engineer, entrepreneur, and astronaut. A former NASA rocket scientist, she is the founder and CEO of STEMBoard, an Inc. 5000 recognized engineering firm delivering mission-critical capabilities to the U.S. Government, including the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
Under her leadership, STEMBoard has become a trusted partner to federal agencies, providing systems engineering, data, and advanced technical solutions in high-stakes environments, supported by a predominantly cleared workforce.
In 2025, Aisha flew to space aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard as a science payload specialist, supporting research investigating the effects of microgravity and space radiation on plant biology. Her work included in-flight activation of experiments involving crops such as sweet potato, tomato, Arabidopsis, and chickpea advancing understanding of how life adapts in space and informing future long-duration missions.

Aisha holds a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s in Space Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Taylor Lucero began her journey with STEMBoard as a virtual executive assistant through an external agency. However, her exceptional management skills soon caught the attention of the company's leadership, resulting in her appointment as STEMBoard's Chief of Staff. As the Chief of Staff, Taylor collaborates closely with the CEO and COO, aiding in their daily tasks, managing their extensive schedules and public engagements, fostering significant relationships with company partners, coordinating all travel arrangements for the company, assisting in Business Development, staffing, and recruitment, and overseeing the company's and CEO's social media presence.
Her impressive background in network systems administration, management, entrepreneurship, and working with government agencies such as the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) have made her a versatile asset to STEMBoard. Her ability to handle diverse tasks and consistently exceed expectations has earned her a reputation as a trusted and capable professional in her role.
Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Lake Superior State University, and her remarkable academic and professional achievements signify her drive and determination to excel in her field. Additionally, her previous work with sensitive programs further illustrates her capabilities in working with sensitive and confidential information.

As the Director of Talent Acquisition for STEMBoard, Casey Talley manages a team of recruiters and builds a highly skilled and motivated workforce for the company. With over ten years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, pipeline development, program sourcing and screening, and placement of cleared professionals for U.S. Government Agencies, Casey is well-equipped to handle the challenges of her role.
In her position, Casey collaborates closely with company leadership to identify and prioritize recruitment needs, monitor recruitment procedures, and develop effective recruiting strategies. She is adept at pivoting to streamline processes and enhance the company's recruiting efforts.
Casey's management and recruiting expertise enable her to source, secure, and maintain a highly competent workforce. Her experience in specialized staffing within diverse environments gives her a proven record of success, which she leverages to ensure STEMBoard attracts and retains top talent.

Heather Bourgeois serves as the Facilities Security Officer (FSO) for STEMBoard, overseeing all security-related operations and ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). As the central point of contact, she manages the Security Program and clearance for all personnel while maintaining the National Industrial Security System (NISS) and Defense Information Security System (DISS) accounts.
Throughout her career, Heather has acted as a principal advisor for various security programs, including Personnel, Industrial, Information, Physical, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Programs (SAP). Her nearly decade-long experience in the industry, including her work with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), has equipped her with a wealth of security expertise that she brings to all of STEMBoard's contracts and operations.
Heather's critical attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills make her an invaluable asset to STEMBoard. She has played a crucial role in overseeing Security Management for significant contract awards, such as DTRA NE-NL, USSOCOM CDO, NGA Mojave, and NGA Emerald. Additionally, she has assisted in ensuring compliance with CMMC Level III/NIST 800-171a, ISO certification, and CMMI appraisal at Maturity Level 3. During STEMBoard's participation in the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP), Heather worked closely with the WiSC (Mentor) security department for NGA contract awards.
Heather holds several certifications, including FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities and Non-Possessing Facilities, SSOC Course, FSOC Course, and Developing and Implementing an Insider Threat Course. These certifications are from esteemed institutions such as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), National Security Training Institute (NSTI), and STEPP.

Chris Kinchen is a Systems Engineer with extensive experience supporting secure enterprise and DoD environments through systems administration, endpoint engineering, automation, and infrastructure modernization. Outside of his professional work, Chris serves alongside his wife in marriage ministry, helping support and encourage couples through faith, fellowship, and community. Alongside his technical career, he is also a professional photographer and musician with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and community engagement. His background spans Windows engineering, RMF and STIG compliance, scripting, virtualization, and emerging DevSecOps practices, with a strong focus on secure and reliable solutions. Chris brings the same discipline, precision, and creativity from music and photography into his engineering tasks, and has contributed bass guitar work to multiple projects involving nationally recognized recording artists.

Brendan Rochelle serves as the AI Workforce Transformation Task Lead and Data Manager within the USSOCOM Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), where Brendan leads the Mobile Education Team (MET) in building an AI-ready SOF Enterprise. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on innovation, Brendan directs the development and delivery of data, digital, and AI literacy programs; including Data Literacy, AI Literacy, Digital Literacy, and Prompt Engineering that equip operators, analysts, and leaders to leverage emerging technologies. By guiding a high-performing team of instructors and designing mission-focused learning pathways, Brendan drives workforce transformation efforts that strengthen digital proficiency and accelerate the Department’s modernization goals to enable mission-ready practitioners.

fdfaTali Morse serves as the Deputy Site Lead for STEMBoard’s Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Tech Talent Contract, providing vital leadership and operational oversight to her team. Based out of Hurlburt Field, Florida, she also serves as a Data Analyst supporting Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) staff.
Before joining STEMBoard, Tali built a strong professional foundation in operations management, quality assurance, and acquisition within the defense sector. Her leadership expertise is rooted in her distinguished service as a U.S. Army Officer, including assignments at Camp Carroll, South Korea, and the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in Florida.
Tali holds a Bachelor of Biological Science from The State University of New York (SUNY) Brockport. She continuously advances her technical acumen with credentials from Google, Palantir, and ADVANA. She is committed to supporting her team and promoting STEMBoard’s corporate values and goals. Outside of work, Tali enjoys fishing, baking, and is a passionate supporter of the Buffalo Bills.

Lucas LaGesse is the STEMBoard Inc, Emerald contract site lead providing supervision for a team of budget analysts in technical specialists. He has been supporting this team for over 4 years. He is also an accomplished manager of resources and leader of technical teams in the US Air Force and in the private sector. He has over 20 years of experience in project management with experience in complex initiatives in the continental US, as well as in austere environments overseas. He has supervised service contracts with a portfolio value of over $100M and 100 people.
